om Stevenson Building Co. originated in Winston Salem, NC, in 1976 building over 400 homes in the Buena Vista, Bent Tree, Glen Ridge and Oak Valley communities. In 1988 the company expanded to Charlotte/Lake Norman/Mooresville/Davidson area. With thirty years of custom homebuilding experience, Tom's success is marked by the fact that 95% of his business is generated from referrals. His devotion to the art of homebuilding has garnered him a distinguished reputation in the marketplace and homebuilding industry.
