Two Unique Communities Open Homes for Public View posted Jul 1, 2007  


Oceanfront panache and European styling featured in Extravaganza of Homes Showcase July 14-15 in Cornelius



Cornelius, NC – Developer DP Wright Investments will be showcasing its two Lake Norman luxury communities with an Extravaganza of Homes Showcase event featuring homes under construction and available for purchase, as well as homes open by private owners for viewing.   Wright’s Emerald Cove and Joy’s Serenity Point will host the weekend event on Saturday and Sunday, July 14th and 15th, 12 – 5 p.m. each day.


Wright’s Emerald Cove, located off of Bethel Church Road, brings Old World charm and New World amenities into enchanting reality with European styled homes reminiscent of the countryside of Italy, England, and France.  Seven homes will be showcased ranging in value from $820,000 to over $2 million, including one home graciously opened for public tour by a private owner.
